The safety benchmark of all of us is not that of the most of
us but of the least of us.
I was disgusted with the closures and security I observed in
DC this past spring.
Safety at the Capital will become the next non-issue for the
rest of 98.

By definition at any given time as much as, 49% of us are
dissatisfied with the primary tenants of the Capital.
Perhaps our representatives will understand the meaning of
the OSHA statistic that lists murder as the most frequent
cause of death, on the job, for office workers.
Now the clamor is to proceed with building the Capital
Visitors Center, by private donation, a subterranean
facsimile and museum. The underground setting, contemplated,
is appropriate to the mushroom treatment we allow our
representatives to dole us. My suggestion is that we save
the time, money and effort of physically building the center
and put up a Website.

Gun control would not have stopped Rusty Weston.
Either internal passporting or summary euthanasia of the
insane would have.
Of course, a quarantine of Montana might help, too.
