I will be at the Rayburn building. I will call the members of the
sub-committee.

Rep. Jones is a new isolationist; he wants the U.S. to get out of the UN. I
guess he also wants US to get out of the U.S.

He also claims to be a pro-life advocate?!?

Betty Alfred

PLEASE COME TO A HEARING AT 2 PM ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 28 IN
RAYBURN 2237. WE NEED TO FILL THIS HEARING ROOM WITH PEOPLE
WITH DISABILITIES AND STOP THIS BILL FROM BECOMING LAW!!!

Rep. Walter Jones (R-NC) has introduced HR 2437, the (falsely named)
Justice in Fair Housing Act of 1999. This bill would provide an
exception from the enforcement of an accessibility construction
requirement of the Fair Housing Act for certain buildings
constructed in compliance with a local building code.
