Sorry if any of this is a repeat:
Part of potty training is being aware of whether or not you are wet.  Does
she fuss or cry or otherwise tell you she is wet?  Is she having bowel
movements at regular intervals?  Is she able to sit on the commode and feel
comfortable (it's hard to concentrate on elimination activities if you feel
you are going to fall off the commode)?
