Kristina: I do not have a walker, but have you checked with your local Elks
Club?

When I was a child, I had a bilateral-derotation done through the county
clinic. The operation was no-cost because we were well below poverty level at
that time. Although the county clinic did the operation, they did NOT
provide a wheel chair or walker which I needed after the casts came off. My
mother went to our local Elks Club.

The Elks is not just a social club. They also are devoted to disabled
children, and primarily help those with cerebral palsy. The Elks club
obtained a walker and wheel chair for me. When I was done, we returned them.
Check your phone book for the local Elks chapter and see if they might be
able to help you out.
Good Luck! -Denise.
