Marshall,

More often than not, dumping in a bunch of new hardware, drivers, and
software all at once, causes the system to blow up.  The worst part of it is
that there are so many new items (variables) that it is almost impossible to
tell what caused the problem.  I suggest you restore the machine to it's
original configuration and then add the parts/drivers/software one item at a
time, testing after each item is added.  If that's not possible......

1. Check the Device Manager for yellow triangles.
2. Remove all extra cards leaving only the MoBo, video,
    and disk drives -- if it runs okay (reboot 2-3 times) then start
    adding back the other cards -- rebooting and testing after each.
3. Repost your problem (to the list) and tell us the results of #1&2
    also include the contents of config.sys & autoexec.bat (if they exist).
