I suggest you try to find the FCC ID # on the board itself (or, less
preferably, in one of the related manuals) and look it up at
www.fcc.gov/oet/fccid.  This returns the manufacturer (et. al.), which is
probably an OEM for Packard Bell and not Packard Bell itself.  Then you can
go to the manufacturer web site, or at least try to identify a similar card
for surrogate drivers.  Alternately, buy a new sound card for well under
$20.  Also, you could send an email to Packard Bell Tech Help (the nefarious
dark ether).  Good Luck.
