Collective NOSPIN wisdom,

I need to protect a LAN from the outside (for cheaps). I need to use a
PC running WinNT 4.0 and IIS 4 as a Web server connected to the LAN. This PC
will reside just inside an Arescom 1100 router with a dual ISDN to the outside.
I have been told I can install a second network card in the Web server, and turn
this Web server into a gateway, which make the system hack-proof (or as close
as reality will afford). First, can I still enable RAS and actually connect
through this to work on the LAN from home? Second, how can I get explicit
instructions on how to accomplish this? We are a small public library on a tight
budget. Thanks for any and all comments and instructions!!!!!!
