Tofu is ok for O's in moderate amounts.

Ok, but what I am referring to is a general condition, not a reaction to
eating foods with pesticides.
The local detox professional that I use uses homeopathy and some sort of
electric diagnostic machine. His opinion is that the worst pesticide
poisoning is caused by spraydrift ( it is probably absorbed very efficiently
by the lungs ). Therefor, each time we breath in toxic-laden air we absorb
more and it is not usually noticed unless by a headache, flu-like symptoms
etc. The long-term effect settles in when the affected enzymes in the body
are no longer doing their job ( my understanding, anyway) and is more like
low energy levels, fuzzy thinking... and more.
