- From the website, download the rompaq for the machine. I haven't been to
their webpage dealing with desktops but I do regularly go to the server
sections. So where you have to search...I'm not sure.
DL the Rompaq and it usually creates several floppies from it. You will
then have to boot up with the floppies to change anything. I haven't done
it in a while but last time I did it, it asked if I wanted to make the
compaq partition. I did and then installed my OS
