Hi:

Does anyone have any experience with
ENPC Motherboards in general and the
company's EP-PT21 ATX socket-7, TX
chipset motherboard, in particular?

A regional dealer carries these for under
$30 apiece. You can examine the specs
at ENPC's website at:

  http://www.enpc.com.tw/ep-pt21.htm

These are purportedly made by Enlight.
The price is very reasonable and the
website is somewhat reassuring. The fact
that the boards handle a variety of CPUs
and RAM is appealing.

The boards would be used to build a fleet
of inexpensive (sub-$300, sans monitor),
computers for local elementary schools
using spare and donated parts, running
basic Win95 educational software.

Comments are invited.

Regards,

John Chin
