Have you tried to change the way in which Windows uses this memory? Just an
idea for you to try, but you might try setting up this amount of memory to be
used as a server instead of a desktop machine.

To do this in Win95, not sure of Win98....  Right click my computer, select
properties, then select the performance tab, click on File System, change the
settings from Desktop Computer to a server.

Maybe someone on the list can verify if this is the same with Win98....
