I'm not an expert but I understand that Windows CE is a stripped-down
version of Windows, especially for restricted memory environments; it will
run most things but I've been told that if you ever come across something
that you're having trouble running under Windows CE, it's better to assume
the incompatibility is in the Operating system as opposed to beating your
brains out over the software or initialisation files and other tempting
avenues.
