Ben, it sounds like you and your girlfriend need to find a better ILA
(Independent Living Agency) IMO as I've **NEVER** heard of an agency that
would force ANYONE to do something they simply cannot.

Now, if this agency has had "brushes with the law" before, then.......

Just my opinion.....
