Hmm... It seems to me that in general,
1. People do not own more that one gun, while physicians have many
patients. Instead of counting the number of physicians, one should
count the number of people who consult physicians.
2. Guns can cause accidental deaths, but also intentional
deaths. Physicians rarely do.
3. Physicians can save lives; guns are designed to take lives.
4. Accidental deaths per car user = approx. 0.0003, therefore cars
are 15 times more dangerous than guns???
