You can make your own - put an egg in a blender, add a little lemon
juice, blend on slow, then add oil of your choice to this, really
really gradually - drop by drop - until you get a mayonnaise
consistency.
I don't care for mayo myself, we never ate it growing up, but I know
many people seem to not be able to live without it!!
