A few thoughts:
Yesterday at Whole Foods, a health food supermarket in the San Francisco
Bay Area, I picked up a jar of Raw Organic Sauerkraut from Rejuvinative Foods.
$5.99 for a 15 oz. jar. Ouch! I like the taste. Time to start culturing my own.
The label says they'll send you free information if you send them a SASE.

Tom kindly pointed out that there are at least two books with "Body Ecology"
in their title. Donna Gates is the author of the "Body Ecology Diet" book I
have. She has a "recipe" for culturing vegetables, plus quite a book of good
information on conquering candida in a gentle and natural way.

If any of you are interested in a gentle gradual cleanse I recommend
"A.M./P.M. Ultimate Cleanse by "Nature's Secret." It's a combination of
multi-herb capsules and Multi-fiber capsules. I have been doing it for a week
and a half now and have seen some interesting "fallout" from it!
