Stephen, I'll second what Ken sez about an ortho with cp experience.
Rare as hen's teeth.  Did you ever get my post about my physical
medicine doc's (physiatrist) recommendations about the "4 'F's"?  If
not, let me know and I'll forward.  Good, practical stuff.
