Not sure I understand the detail for your flashing.
Is it an edge flashing, stepping up the slope?
Or a top / bottom flashing?
Or a valley or ridge capping?
I think the LCC is probably easier to repair in the future than the TCSS.
Are there any places you can use a straight lead flashing? Easier to work, easier to repair, and probably more able to cope with movement than either of the other materials - does have a problem with creep though.
