I am vegan and allergic to yeast (woe is me!).

Last night some friends and I made an amazing pizza, with pesto for the
sauce, but we used pita breads for the crust (Brad is so good about
accomodating my diet, I didn't have the heart to tell him that I shouldn't
eat the crust).

Does anyone have recipes for pizza doughs that do not use yeast?  Or
substitues for pizza crust?
