Hi all, I neglected to tell how to make sour milk.  Add 1 tsp of vinager to the
milk and let sit about 5 minutes, or use sour milk as long as it's not curdled
(careful, everytime you get sour milk you'll want to make this cake).  Or you
can use buttermilk.  Cindy in Texas.
