I was wondering what people here think of blood cholesterol??
What is the differenet effects between cooked and raw saturated fat and
cooked/raw dietary cholesterol?
Do you think the significance of blood cholesterol is very different in the
context of a raw diet??
What are some of you cholesterol readings of those of you who eat large
amounts of animal products?
I know it is only one biomarker and others are important but i'm just
curious!
Also does anyone know what the blood cholesterol of hunter gatherers was
supposed to be?
Or what the cholesterol of traditional eskimoes is?
