Ignore what he says. I have been eating RAF for six years and find that my body
handles a pound or more of raw meat daily without these things happening to me.
When I get blood tests everything comes out in range except chlorestorol (mine
was 267 2 years ago) which is not a problem based upon what I have been reading.
