It is rather strange considering the  little trust of peoples in
instinct .
most people will rather study for hours the latest findings in
nutrition
than letting their nose guide them .( too much responsibility)
I am one of those peoples , i heard about anapsology when i was 17 and
knew
it was true and waited age 30 to go into practice . Now at 42 i am
still
there cheating as much as i can get by  practicing this aberrant (
from
domesticated human point of view) way of eating . Only when i watch
the wild
animals eating that way i feel at home, yet even the sea gulls ,crows
and
racoons are letting go of this stange way of eating  and are begging
their
denatured  fix.
As you can see 12 years of anpsology made me loose my mind.
That was worth it !
