I have added a new column, that of net available calcium ( this is supposed
to have the oxelates, etc taken into account). Note that spinach actually
drags calcium from other sources.
Data not available for items with no figures.

To be able to absorb calcium, the authors suggest, requires the presence of
vitamin D in addition to synergistic minerals.
