Some games, Creative SoundBlaster 64PCI for example, should not be
installed on SB IRQ's, namely 5 and 7, since they work in different
way and use special driver called Creative SoundBlaster Legacy Driver
to emulate SB for older games, with the standard settings of A220 I7
D1 or A220 I5 D1.
Oddly enough, while the card is capable of 16-bit output and music on
level high enough to emulate General MIDI and Roland cards, from
Soundblaster family it only emulates a SB PRO. I think Creative should
emulate at least a SB16.
