A friend picked up a "like new" LINK brand monitor for me at an office
auction. After a closer look, it seems to be a sort of "All in one PC".
It
has serial ports, parallel ports, and a proprietary keyboard connector
on
the monitor itself. I searched the web but was unable to find out
anything
about the company or this product. I would like to know if I can buy the
proprietary keyboard. What are the specs of this model (MAX900) and can
I
upgrade if necessary? I build/upgrade low budget systems to be
internet/email ready and donate them to novices who can't afford them or
the
net. Is anyone familiar with this company or product?
Thanking in advance,
Walter McKinley

The Link Company was bought out by Wyse about three years ago. Link's
most famous terminal, the Mc5, is very common. Go to www.wyse.com to
read up on Link terminals. A search of Yahoo for Link Terminals
revealed several places that sell, repair, refurbish and peovide docs on
these terminals.
