You must firstly look at how the fat content compares to the wild animal. Eg
force-fed battery hens have a very different fat profile to free range (I
don't know what the exact difference is)- so it's wise to skin battery hens.
Trimmed grain fed beef has a 20% fat content cf pasture fed is 5%. So, if
you can only buy grain fed beef, the best approach is to eat fish!! Pork is
the same.
If grains do that to pigs and cattle imagine that they do the same to us. If
pour tissue fat goes up from 5 to 20% what effect does that have on our
tissues? Sounds like a good explanation for the 75% of heart disease that
cholesterol doesn't explain.
