That is non-sequitor. Salads can be made "not dry"
with a number of other additives. I love putting salsa
on salads, which makes them "not dry". However, I
don't think that caveman Grog one day said to himself,
"Hmmm. Salad too dry. I invent oil to fix".
Salads being dry does not answer my question. What
would the significance of "liquid" oil be in a Paleo
diet. I can think of no reason Paleolithic people
would have used it.
