Um, unfortunately Diet Coke (or anything with aspartame) is a big
source of phenylalanine. Not exactly Paleo!
Which brings me to my next question.. what could happen if you have too
MUCH phenylalanine? I wonder if it can make for *less* dopamine in the
system by some branching pathway or receptor burnout... any chemists
who care to venture a thought about this issue?
