I'm with you, Hans.  The reason NeanderThin appealed to me is that I get
speedy and cranky if I don't feel satisfied at least some of the day, and I
feel satisfied only with heavy foods.  There's been quite a bit on this list
about modifying the paleo diet from what Ray talks about to something much
more like the Zone diet -- plates with 2/3 veggies and only 1/3 meat (lean at
that) -- no more than 4-7 oz. at a time of protein.  I have been confused by
the list.  Everyone sounds so knowledgable but there's so much disagreement.
