Before I was gluten free, I would CRAVE high gluten wheat products. I
felt best when I would eat a piece of wheat bread every 1/2 hour or
so. When I stopped I would feel horrible. Almost like an addiction
of some sort. Now that I have been truely gluten free for about two
weeks, I have milk cravings - not as severe as the wheat cravings. Do
you think it is because the protien in milk is similar to that in
gluten? Any other idease/comment would be appreciated.
