I received some questions about abbreviations I used - sorry! :(
PUFA: polyunsaturated fatty acids (soybean oil, corn oil...)
MUFA: monounsaturated fatty acids (olive oil, canola oil, nuts...)
Omega-3 fatty acids (not in 'summary' but also a "good" fat found in
fish (esp. fatty fish) and seafood primarily)
