Here's my two cents worth:

It is my understanding that here in the Napa Valley all of the wineries
add yeast to the wine to stimulate fermentation.  My family owns a
winery and we add yeast, and the many wineries I've toured all mentioned
adding yeast.

I would definitely confirm with the winery that their yeasts do not
contain gluten before going ahead and drinking their wine.
