Dear all,
Her Old Fashioned Gingerbread recipe is also very good (it's a dense,
not cakey, gingerbread, though, so be warned! :-)
On the subject of some of her claims, she also says that buckwheat,
quinoa, and millet contain gluten and should be avoided by celiacs. If you
have been following this list, you will know that this is controversial,
and that each person should make their own determination of their
sensitivities to these grains, since they do _not_ contain
gluten per se.
Otherwise, though, her book is definitely worth adding to any GF
cookbook collection. (No connection, I'm just happy to see _any_ GF
cookbooks!)

Best,
Nancy in St. Louis
