1. If you have rashes after eating a cooked food, that's because
cooked food is toxic. If you have rashes after eating a raw food
(e.g. raw fruit, raw meat), that's because raw food triggers a
detoxification reaction, in which the body gets rid of accumulated
toxins from the past years.

2. If you have frequent colds on cooked food, it either means you are
are on a continuous detoxification process, or that cooked food
weakens your immunity. If you have frequent colds on raw foods, it
must be a detox reaction.

3. If you never have colds on cooked food, and in general if you are
never sick, it shows that your body is unable to get rid of its
toxins, and you'll die prematurely from a toxemia-related disease. If
you are never sick on raw food, it's not surprising because eating raw
guarantees perfect health.

4. Blood sugar problems on cooked food are caused by an excess of
refined grains and sugar. Blood sugar problems on raw food are the
result of detoxing "bad sugars".

5. A cooked food eater is more likely to have cancer than a raw food
eater because cooked food is carcinogenic. A raw food eater can have
cancer only for psychological reasons.

6. Dental caries on cooked food are caused by carbohydrates
(especially cooked carbohydrates) that stick to the teeth, and feed
bacteria that produce acids. Dental caries on raw food are explained,
either by detoxification, or by the low quality of the food supply.

7. If you are too fat on cooked food, it's because cooked fats and
carbohydrates are toxic. If you are too fat when pigging out on raw
dates and avocados, it's because your pancreas has been damaged by
your past cooked diet.

8. If you are too thin on cooked food, it's because cooked food is so
toxic that you body is not willing to assimilate. If you are too thin
on raw food, it's because your body needs to get rid of its toxins
before it can build muscle.

9. Lacking energy on cooked food is normal, because cooked food
demands more energy in order to be digested and metabolized. Lack of
energy on raw food is a sign that your body is concentrating all its
energy on the detoxification process.

10. Some people eating cooked have a lot of energy, but that's an
artificial stimulation: in reality, their internal energy is being
burned out at a faster rate. On the other hand, having a lot of energy
on raw food is normal because raw food is a fuel of high quality.
