With her having a rash and facial swelling from milk products, it wouldn't be
wise to serve her anything with milk proteins in it.  She could start to react
to that stuff next and it might even be a more severe reaction.

If she is allergic, learn the names of milk products (whey, casein,
caseinates,etc.), read labels faithfully, and avoid all foods which contain
milk products for a few years.  Most kids outgrow food allergies by the time
they are 3 to 5 years old, and the you will afford your child a better chance
of outgrowing the allergy if you get it out of her system entirely for a few
years.
