I did the research for the terrazzo chapter in "Twentieth Century Building
Materials" book, Tom Jester, editor.  You really should check there -- for any
of the morE modeRn building mateRials -- it's a great reference.  As for
terrazzo, check the endnotes for the chapter, and you'll find the address for
the National Terrazzo Institute, located in ChIcago area -- they'll send you a
very helpful catalog with a number of technical briefs.   -- Derrick Hardy is
the dirEctor and he's know just about everything. :-)
