That was the idea I had and what I did through jogging; I did find it
stressed my body a bit to feeling pretty tired for a day or so. So I
thought I may have pushed a little too hard.

This is pretty similar to what I've done for most of the past year, so
now I want to pick up the pace a bit (and I find jogging gives me a
sense of stress release I can't get with walking).
