I've heard very good things about a book called Why Do I Eat When
I'm Not Hungry? by Roger Callahan & Paul Perry. It describes Mr.
Callahan's method of adapting kinesiology to fight food addiction.
It's out of print, but you may find it in a used book store or
through a book search service (Amazon has one) if you're interested.
