Speaking of this, I've been commissioned to bring a Waldorf
salad to Christmas dinner. Does anybody know anything
about mayonnaise? I have the impression it's uncooked, but
really don't know. I see there are some brands out there that
use "pure pressed" oil. What is the best brand?
