Hello all,
I have some general questions to present to the crowd. I know that a few of
these topics have been thrown around the list before (as per a search
through the archives), but I have a more general question for the group:
Who has had positive/health-promoting experiences with therapies that
complement nutrition? I was thinking along the lines of anything aimed at
mitigating/treating chronic ills. While I have been very pleased to see how
nutrition is helping my body heal, I am also interested in _carefully_
exploring complementary therapies.
I am very wary of the commercialization of many of these therapies (i.e. low
quality, high price herbal supplements, etc.), but I know that there surely
must be some benefit to derive from some of these complementary treatments.
I would simply be interested to hear what experiences others have had with
alternative medicine/therapies, whether good or bad.
Thanks.
-Ben
