All of the PII motherboards are ATX form factor. If you want to convert
from an AT style system to a PII, you'll have to buy a new case and power
supply. You'll still be able to use your AT keyboard (with an adapter) and
your serial or bus mouse. The rest of your hardware should also work just
fine.
Sorry, but that's not correct. Gigabyte builds an AT board for PII CPUs. It's
called Gigabyte 686BLX and it's working quite ok. A friend of mine uses it for
the same reason: upgrade a Pentium system without changing the whole system.
