A Win95B boot disk will allow you to delete NTFS partitions, I do it all the
time. I'm not so sure that a Win95A or DOS boot disk can't do it. Select
option 4 to view the partitions and you should see a Non-DOS partition, if you
do, then select 3 to delete a partition and then select 4 to delete a Non-DOS
partition.
