  Let's go for the "low-hanging fruit" first.  Although Windows has
allocated IRQ 7 for LPT1, it's not actually used.  You should be able
to set up another device on that IRQ without a real conflict.
  Do you actually use both COM1 and COM2 all the time?  [My partner
does, for a mouse and a graphics tablet.]  If not, your modem could
take over whichever IRQ the mouse isn't on.
  If you only have two EIDE devices, you might put both on one
channel and free up an IRQ that way.

  Your sound card is using two IRQs.  I've heard of some that like
three, but I've never used one that needed more than one.  You might
investigate whether there's some other configuration for this card
that uses only one IRQ.
