Absolutely.  This is a short term cleanse only.  I don't think that going
for more than about a week would be a good idea.  But all of the people I
know who have tried this (4 so far) have found their cravings and appetite
much better under control after the week.  It has been over 2 months and we
are all down between 8 and 20 pounds.
