Thanks for the wealth of information. It will certainly be helpful.

I'm just a little pissed-off that Aajonus could tell diabetics that
they have to eat an enormous amount of unheated honey - at least 3/4 cup
each day. I only ate less than 1/4 and look what happened.

I e-mailed him about this and it will be interesting what he has to say.
