I'm not Ellie or Liza, but I do join Liza in the refrain to TAKE IT EASY.
Just becuase a fellow says its OK in a self-published book doesn't mean you
should take your life in your hands...

There is a big difference between anecdotal tales of raw foods helping
diabetics and pigging out (granted 1/4 a cup isn't much, but look what
happened!) on supposedly raw honey.

Slow and steady, eh?
