Como io ha dicite, le IED traduce "intervention" como anglese
intervention (as in 'to intervene' in a quarrel). Le usage international
pare confinate a "venir inter personas in un querela".  OTAN pote
intervenir in Bosnia inter le serbos e le musulmanes. Mais
si le governamento vole intruder in vostre vita private per controlar
le maniera in que vos face sexo con vostre sposa, on non pote dicer
"intervenir" aqui.

Del altere mano, "interferer" e "interferentia" es terminos technic e
scientific de physicos, como in le interferentia de undas de lumine.
Le origine es le lingua physical del anglese.

Assi, qual parola esseva in le original lingua del Declaration que
nos essaya traducer?
