While searching the web I found a site called "The Kitchen Link" They
sell her cookbook and she has allowed them to post her pizza recipe as a
sample of what is in the book. The site can be found at
http://www.kitchenlink.com/wheatfree.html. The recipe was also published
in the spring 1998 copy of Sully's Living Without. I have Carol Fenster's
cookbook and it its good. There aren't a lot of flashy recipes, just good
stuff that does not crumble. A valuable addtion to anyone's GF cookbook
collection.

Speaking of Cookbooks I got Anne Sheasby's "The Gluten-Free Cook Book" for
Christmas. I have not tried anything from it yet but it has really pretty
pictures in it. Some of my rather skeptical relatives were looking at it
on Christmas day and were impressed that I could eat such good looking
food. I guess that was worth buying it just for that. They may be more
interested in trying to make our food if they think it will be good. Of
course we know our food is good!

Happy New Years!
Susan
