I would suggest the new OmniPage 9.0 with a screen reader. It is easy to
use. THe only issue is page number tracking, that Omni 1000 handles
nicely. One note of caution about future versions of Omni 1000 involves L
& H having purchased KESI. L&H plan to bundle WillowTalk with Omni 1000,
which has tested poorly in my evaluations of TTS engines.
